Welcome Spring!

​

It's hard to believe that most of last week's heat wave technically occurred in winter! Yes, global warming's effect is being seen all over, with unusual weather patterns all across our country and around the world. I believe that small choices we make today can add up and will help our planet and future generations. I am proud that the BLT maintains robust composting and utilizes "reduce, reuse, recycle" in every aspect of our operation.

This week's Thursday dinner is our Multi-Layer Lasagna. This hearty meal of layers of beef and pork Bolognese sauce, Bechamel sauce, and Italian cheeses. Along with fresh vegetables and garlic bread, this dinner is very popular. We sold out early the last time it as featured, so order as soon as you can to guarantee your selection. Pick up on March 26 between 4 to 5:30pm, add clam chowder or a side salad to complete your mid-week feast!
