Hello Everyone!

After last week's weather roller coaster, it looks like we will get some pleasant temperatures for the next several days. The team and I certainly appreciate it when the wind doesn't blow us around. We look forward to serving you on the patio!

With the warm weather, comes our "high season" at the truck and we are in need of an additional person to join Team BLT. We are looking to hire someone to start during the summer and available to work year-round. The person we are looking for has a positive attitude, works well with others as well as independently, loves food and values quality product and service.
