If you noticed the banner, we have a very full week coming up!​

We are in Week 3 of Wednesday Trivia at the BLT. The Professionals team were victorious again last week--come challenge them for first place! Friends, if you would like us to continue this trivia game for another four weeks, I would be delighted to. Let me know, please!

We are also putting together a little cabaret show we're calling "Broadway Meets Brisbane" on Thursday. Starting at 4:30 you will be delighted by the talents of members of Team BLT. Led by Jacobs School of Music grad and Brisbane native son, Evan Tiapula, we are warming up to sing a few of Broadway's finest songs. Please stop by for this free concert.​

Please note: We will be closing early on Friday at 3pm and will be closed on Saturday for a private catering event.

Old fashioned TV dinners were a staple in my childhood. Remember Swanson's in the four compartment tin foil tray? While they may evoke nostalgia, the quality of the food was meh. My take on Salisbury Steak will be an upgrade. We use premium Angus ground chuck, form it into a large tender and juicy patty and top it with mushroom gravy. Along with creamy mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables, this will fill your belly.  Add on a side salad, clam chowder, and dessert to make your dinner complete.
