Good day, Everyone!

So much to report today, so let's get started with our Special Event this week: Friday Night Paella at the BLT! I love paella-- plentiful chicken and seafood, the saffron-scented Arborio rice with those bits of soccarat, crispy toasted grains...yum! I will be preparing the paella al fresco, all you have to do is come and eat! The pricing includes all-you-desire paella and our house salad as well as a dessert. We will be mixing up a non-alcoholic sangria in addition to our usual beverage offerings. Food will be served on Friday, July 24 from 5:30-7:00, our until we sell out. Our standard menu will be available until 6:30 as well. The paella dinner is for dine-in only.

If paella isn't your thing, we are featuring our popular Shrimp Scampi for Thursday dinner this week. Plump, large white shrimp are sauteed in a roasted garlic butter and served over pappardelle pasta with fresh vegetables. Order yours today to secure your meal. You can place your order online (make sure to adjust your pick up date and time to Thursday from 4pm-5:30pm) or order in-person or over the phone. Don't forget to add on a bowl of clam chowder, a side salad, and one of our house made desserts to complete your meal.

But wait, there's more! Starting next Thursday, we will be hosting Trivia Nights from 6:30-8:30. Assemble your team and get ready for a fun-filled evening of testing your brain power. There is a minimal cost per person to play but that is waived with a  sandwich (or equivalent)  purchase. I'll post more details later on, just wanted you to mark your calendars!
