Well, we're officially in the holiday season. Halloween in Brisbane was fabulous, and I'm especially hearing praise for the street closures. Well done to all the organizers and officials involved! Now onto Thanksgiving! We will be preparing our usual feasts for pick up on Wed. Nov. 26 and Thu. Nov. 27. As we've all seen the grocery prices increase, I will need to raise my pricing for this holiday meal. Rest assured, the portions will remain generous and every bite is lovingly prepared for maximum enjoyment. We are taking orders now, in-person and via online ordering. The last day for ordering will be Sat. Nov. 22. Thank you for choosing to shop local for this special meal!

Next week marks the BLT's Sixth Anniversary. We are so pleased to be able to continue to serve our Brisbane community and beyond. Your patronage of our independent, small business has been appreciated and we will continue to provide you with great food and personalized service. We will highlight some of our favorite community groups as we run special promos next week. Stay tuned for the details here and on our social media posts.

This Thursday's dinner is a new variation for us: Filet of Sole Piccata. Fresh fish filets are pan sauteed in in a lemon-caper-white wine sauce, served with rice pilaf and fresh vegetables. Try this light, yet satisfying meal! Dinners are ready from 4pm-5:30pm on Thursdays and are available until we sell out. To make it a complete meal, you can add on a bowl of our clam chowder or side salad at a discounted price. Attention! New updated ordering for Thursday dinners and advance ordering: I was finally able to fix the problem--when placing online orders for Thursdays, you can now scroll through the time slots to select when you would like to pick up your food. So if you are ordering ahead, please X out of the default time and select the day and desired time for pick up.
