Hello Brisbane Community!​

​Did you take note? Our days and hours of operations have changed, effective this week. We will be open Wednesdays through Saturdays from 11:00-5:30, closed Sundays, Mondays, AND Tuesdays. This change comes after careful consideration, given our staffing levels and business flow. As you've heard me say before, running a small, independent restaurant is a challenge. The cost of doing business has gone up considerably and to keep up the high level of service and quality of product, I must recalibrate. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!

On Wednesday, June 3, we will be supporting our beloved Brisbane Elementary School. Come by anytime that day and mention "BES" and I will be donating 10% of your purchase to my kids' alma mater. I will also have a donation box available for anyone to add to the pot of funds. School staff, if you stop by for a bite to eat, I will give you a complimentary Citrusade. Thank you for taking care of our kids!

Back for its annual visit, Thursday's dinner is Cuban Pork. Slow roasted chunks of citrus-marinated pork shoulder is oh-so-tender and served along with fried plantains, black beans and fresh vegetables. I'm cooking up a big batch so that we can offer Cubano sandwiches the next day! So, don't miss out on either offering! You can place your order online (make sure to adjust your pick up date and time to Thursday from 4pm-5:30pm) or order in-person or over the phone. Don't forget to add on a bowl of clam chowder, a side salad, and one of our house made desserts to complete your meal.
