Happy March, everyone!

Spring is right around the corner as well as the changing of the clocks next weekend. Longer days and colorful flowers are a welcome sight, for sure. The pleasant weather is ideal for dining on our patio, so come on by this week. Important note: If you are ordering online but wish to "dine in", please indicate so in your order under special instructions. It really helps us to keep things organized and prepared in a timely manner during the lunch rush. Also, if you are coming as a group, let us know the names on the orders that are together and we will be able to serve you better. Thank you for helping us take care of you!

Another reminder: We are sponsoring a Vitalant blood drive at the Park and Ride lot on Saturday, March 14 from 11:00-3:30. Their bloodmobile will be onsite in the parking lot. Appointments are requested using this link: Click here 

They will accept walk-ins on a space available basis. Donors that day can get a free Citrusade, Iced Hojicha, or Arnold Palmer with purchase of a sandwich or bento box. It's our way of saying thank you for this life-saving donation.

If you are of a certain age group, you will remember TV's Julia Child. She was the OG of food centered programming and an inspiration to many, including me. The way she loved what she was creating and making intimidating techniques accessible was her strength. So to honor her, I will be preparing my take on her famous Beef Bourguignon. Tender chunks of beef, bacon, carrots, and pearl onions in a rich red wine sauce, oh my! Served over egg noodles, this is a meal that will surely satisfy. A bowl of clam chowder or a side salad can be added to complete your meal. Bon appetit!

We are still looking to add a special someone to Team BLT. Do you know of someone?  I am looking for someone who can work 5 days a week, with one shift being a deep cleaning/prep day. We are looking for a self-motivated, mature, energetic team member. Foodservice experience is preferred but am willing to train the right candidate.
