Hello BLT Community!

Happy Spring Break to our BSD students and families! I hope you have a wonderful vacation from school. Whether travel, activities, or just doing "not much" is in your plans, enjoy the time off. We'd love to see you all at the BLT!

With Easter coming this Sunday, we are going to be offering a few specialty desserts that will be available for pick up on Friday, April 3 and Saturday, April 4. We will have a delicious cream cheese frosted carrot cake (FYI, no nuts are ever used in our baked goods), a tart key lime bar, and adorably decorated bunny and carrot sugar cookies. Pre-ordering for these desserts is live now on our ordering page. We will also have our usual sweet treats: Brookies, Millionaire Shortbread, Chocolate Pot de Creme, and Saturday Cinnamon Rolls. ( We are making extra rolls since they sold out super quickly last week. But make sure you come by early to ensure you get yours!) Your sweet tooth will be so happy!

 

Chicken Katsu Curry is this Thursday's dinner selection. Crisp panko-coated chicken thigh meat and an accompanying savory Japanese curry stew with vegetables and steamed rice is a nod to my heritage and a family favorite. Pick up on April 2 between 4 to 5:30pm, add clam chowder or a side salad to complete your mid-week feast!
