Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Hoping the luck of the Irish is with you today! For me, I am currently in NY, heading back home after an exciting adventure. Tony and I were able to join the studio audience at the Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Monday and it was even better than I anticipated. We met a wonderful couple in line--shout out to Vanessa and Sergio--and got to see some of our favorite entertainers. Stephen Colbert is sharp and charismatic. I can't wait to see what he does after the show ends. It'll be quite a loss for late night, but whatever he does, it'll be fantastic!

Thank you to all who came out this past Saturday to donate blood. Even though some were not successful, your willingness to try to give blood is much appreciated. I hope to sponsor another blood drive at the BLT in the future. But in the meantime, if you go to vitalant.org, you can see where there are other venues for you to donate this lifesaving commodity.

What's cooking for dinner this Thursday? Parmesan Chicken Cutlet! This is my take on preparing chicken breast so that it is moist and flavorful. Thick slices of meat are seasoned and lightly coated in Parmesan and panko and pan fried until GBD, that's golden brown and delicious. It's like a grown-up version of chicken tenders, but not deep fried. Accompanied by rice pilaf and fresh vegetables, this will make your Thursday night!

A reminder that we will be CLOSED today, March 17 and also Saturday, March 21, for a private catering job. We hope to see you sometime during our regular hours on Wed-Thu-Fri. Our usual schedule returns next week.
