Hello from Team BLT!

Well, the new year has brought lots of much needed rain to the Bay Area. I hope you are staying safe out there! The forecast says we're going to get a break this coming week, so we'll all get a chance to dry off.

Now hiring! We are in need of a new team member at the BLT. Food service experience is preferred, but also just a love of food and willingness to learn is great, too. The everyday tasks are varied, so there's always something new to do. The hours are flexible, compensation is competitive, and we have the best customer fan base. Thursday dinner service resumes this week and it's an old favorite, Salisbury Steak. While some of us have a soft spot for this retro TV dinner staple, my version is far from that frozen meal. Fresh premium Angus ground chuck is seasoned and formed into plump patties, grilled and topped with a savory mushroom gravy. Fluffy mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables accompany the entree. A bowl of clam chowder or a side salad can be added on to complete your meal. Order early to secure your selection. Pick up is from 4:00-5:30, please make sure to specify the correct date and pick up time when placing your order online.
