We're at the end of August, hope you're enjoying the last days of summertime. Most schools are back in session and I know many parents are glad for that!
We are grateful for the weather of late--this time of year generally brings us mild, warm days that make serving our guests a bit easier. Although our notorious Brisbane winds bring unwelcome gusts. When dining in with us, make sure you keep watch over your plates as they often take flight with the wind!
Thursday's dinner is a another classic making its rounds: Chicken Piccata. We thinly slice chicken breast and pan sear the meat in a white wine-butter-caper sauce. Tender and tangy, this protein is served with rice pilaf and fresh vegetables. Online ordering is available now to pre-order your dinner for Thursday pickup between 4:00-5:30pm. Add on a discounted bowl of clam chowder or side salad to round out your dinner, and don't forget dessert!
